SUBU Fit Guide by Style

Packable
This model has a slightly looser fit.

  • If you’re at the lower end of a size range, you can size down for a more secure feel.
  • If you’re at the upper end, consider sizing up for extra comfort.
  • Otherwise, stay true to size.

Nannen & Fline
These styles will soften and mold to your feet with time.

  • If you’re at the lower end and prefer a snug fit, size down.
  • If you prefer a more relaxed feel, stay true to size.
  • If you’re at the upper end, keep your regular size — they’ll naturally adjust as you wear them.

Belt & AMP
These models have a roomier fit similar to the Packable style.

  • If you’re between sizes:
    • For a more secure feel → stay true to size or size down.
    • For extra room or to wear with thick socks → size up.

Maintenance

The materials are machine washable, but for safety it is recommended to clean them by hand with lukewarm water. Do not dry the SUBU in a dryer as the EVA layer in the sole may be damaged.

MAINTENANCE
Please wash by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent.

Use a soft brush to clean the dirt off.

Once cleaned, dry thoroughly, avoiding the direct sunlight.
Storing while dirty or moist might result in mold or discoloration.
Do not wash in a washing machine. Please refrain from drying in dryer, as may deform the EVA layer of the sole.

Effective for orders placed on or after November 17, 2025

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items can be returned within 30 days for a store credit.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but we’re happy to issue a store credit that never expires.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return Process

If you’d like to start a return:

  • We can provide a prepaid return label.
    The label cost ($15–$30 depending on your location) will be deducted from your store credit.
  • After we receive and inspect your item, your store credit will be added to your account.

Prefer to ship it back yourself?
You’re welcome to use your own carrier.
Simply send us the tracking number and return the item at your expense.
Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

General Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any protective materials and tags.
  • Service Charges:
    • 20% fee if packaging is missing or damaged.
    • 50% fee if the product itself is damaged.
  • Store credits typically take 2–7 business days to process after inspection.

Slippers & Footwear

  • Must be unworn and free of marks or blemishes.
  • Return in original bag (place the bag inside a shipping box).

Shiping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • Quebec & Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
    • Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 10 business days
    • Remote areas & territories: 7 to 14 business days

Shipping Schedule

  • V Distribution ships Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address Errors & Undelivered Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
